Hello, my name is Margaret Ayers and I am the founder of Athens Leasing Consultants. As a native Athenian, few know the Classic City better than I. I am currently in the process of acquiring my Real Estate Salesperson licensing and completing my degree at the University of Georgia! I am a housing management and policy major with an emphasis in residential property management. I love the city of Athens and housing is my passion. I cannot wait to help you find your next home!

Base Consultation
Base Consultation
To get started, we offer a base consultation to help to get to know you and how we can be of service. This consists of a 30-minute phone call or Zoom meeting where we will talk to you a bit about what brings you to the area and what your needs are. During this time, you will be able to ask questions and get to know each other! We want every interaction to be personal, life isn’t one size fits all and neither are your needs. Everyone’s experience with us will be different and curated to each person’s individual lifestyle.
Digging Deeper
Digging Deeper
After our initial consultation, we will put together a game plan to find you the perfect place! We compile a pros and cons list of the different areas in Athens and how each one can serve you! We will have you rank the options for your best fit and will strive to have at least 8 great leasing options for you to choose from. From there, we will help you to set up tours and ultimately sign a lease!
